Festivals 2013
19-21 April Franco-Literary Festival
The fourteenth consecutive Franco-Irish Literary Festival, with a theme of L'amour, la blessure / Gra agus Gortu / Love and Hurt, is based at The National Library of Ireland on Friday 19 to Sunday 20 April, and at the Alliance Francaise on Sunday 21 April.

This year's festival is admission free with simultaneous translation for all readings and talks, and features Christine Dwyer Hickey, Gilles Leroy, Anne Haverty, Gilles Ortlieb, Anne Haverty, Dermot Healy, Helene Frappat, Dermot Bolger, Ailbhe N’ Ghearbhuigh, Mia Gallagher and Bernard du Boucheron, among many others.
 
20-26 May Dublin Writers' Festival

This year’s Festival will run from 20th – 26th May with a packed programme of events, with readings, interviews, debates, book launches and workshops.
